  1. That’d be awesome. Obviously given his talent he has to be a priority, but I think getting a LF should be a bit more important. Oh well beggars can’t be choosers.

  2. This is great and necessary, don’t get me wrong, I love this (likely) signing, but we need more/different bats – like upgrading Hicks and JD – or else I’m afraid this and bringing Judge back may still not be enough.

  3. Boras is holding everything up. Once Rodon signs, Correa will sign somewhere and the stove will be open again

  4. So much for that “bigger” thing that was brewing. Rodon would be great but if hes all we come away with this offseason aside from retaining judge and a reliever…sigh*

  5. Wait so what’s the “bigger than Rodon” deal we’ve been hearing about with the Yankees? This is rhetorical cause obviously none of us know what it is but damn I hate when they blue ball us like that. I’d be pumped with rodon coming here though, but man is it possibly a unexpected trade? Another massive free agent signing paired with rodon?

  6. We need another bat. Rodon is great and all, but Hicks/Cabrera is their current opening day left fielder. That needs some work.

  7. I wouldn’t mind getting Rodon, I just think bats should be a bigger priority. Cause right now we are just running things back essentially.

  8. I feel like Rodon has all but said he wants to be a Yankee but Boras like always trying to squeeze us for every penny.
