Isles should really stop runnin beauvillier out there for shootouts. Idk why they do. Oettinger is the real deal. Gotta stay consistent. No shocker this was a 1-1 game that went to a SO thats for sure.
Come on isles!!! We’re 4-6 in our last 10. We need the old team back before the playoff islanders

Gotta give NYI credit: they prevented the Stars from doing what they have been very good at doing all season long: scoring in droves. Islanders can be proud they didn’t get the dogs**t beat out of them by the Stars, who have made their home in the opposition net. Good job, Islanders
Once it got to a shootout, they weren't solving Oettinger. That golden opp at the doorstep in the 3rd, damn.

We havent won a shootout in ages. We dont have pure goal scorers so it’s tough on us
The Isles played lights out. That could have easily been 6-1 if not for Otter and a few pills off the pipe. And for the first time this season I liked their chances going into OT and the shootout. Both goalies were great.
wtf was beauviller +nelson+barzal trying to do in the shootout? give dallas a win?
