At this point in the season Ned was a steal. Kind of like Husso this year. Both years the schedule gets tough from here out.
People that watch a lot of Griffins games, do we think Ed is ready for the jump next year?
I watched their game last night which was the first of the year for me. I loved how they’re playing him a ton and in all situations. Thought he played well, influenced the game a ton, and obviously had a nasty goal. But it also seems like I noticed a rawness to his game many times that might get abused at the NHL level. Kinda seemed like he might need a tad longer to get used to his giraffe body. Although still a while to go this season and another good summer of training can do wonders.
Griffins play at 4pm today if you want to be hurt.
Yeah the team isn’t doing so good this year but they’ve been exciting nonetheless. This all star break is going to suck.

On the surface it seems like the Vancouver Canucks and Jim Rutherford might not really know what they’re doing. However, if you look below the surface and get a little more in the weeds, it’s clear that they have absolutely no fucking clue what the hell they’re doing and It’s a total dumpster fire over there. At the least.

Imagine Sabres fans going through “keeping Eichel vs trading him”. Everyone was saying they lost that trade cuz Eichel can’t be replaced. Now think of our situation and if Stevie decides to trade Larkin and older core, we may get multiple shots at replacing him via drafts and prospects. At the end of the day, we badly need some luck here boys and girls.
