Just another peek at prospect rankings while we wait out the rest of the offseason
Worthwhile enough to mention – Cade Povich (main piece we traded to get Jorge Lopez) slots in at 54
Lowest Lee has been on any of them i think?
Also first time Julien has hit a top 100
Povich ahead of all our guys is…odd
Can’t wait for Emmanuel to shoot into the top 25 by the end of the season.
Povich thing feels like a Sale comp/projection cause he does have some similarities. That said he’s far from that and could be a specialist.
This list has the most Twins I’ve seen so far this year so I choose to believe it.
I keep on seeing Lee below 35 on most lists, and I find that a little strange.
Heading into the draft he was nearly a consensus top 5 player, and we were lucky (and surprised) to get him at #8. All he’s done since then is live up to the hype. Plus he has a very mature approach at the plate and solid defense. I think he belongs more in that 15-30 range with guys like Brett Baty, Noelvi Marte, and Curtis Mead.
