  1. Thybulle has played in 49 games this season and has made three 3pt FGs twice this season, three times if you count the preseason. He went off for four against us.

  2. A few notes from this game:

    – When Matisse Thybulle has 7 threes on the entire season combined, and then goes 5-9 from 3 tonight, there isn’t much you can do, some nights it’s just not your night.

    – AD had 19 points on 18 shots. Just simply not good enough. He doesn’t look like himself yet after that foot injury which is pretty disappointing because we don’t really stand much of a chance if he’s not playing at a top-15 player level.

    – Playing AD in drop coverage against Dame in the first half wasn’t a good idea. Ham needs to be better.

    – When Bron comes back, Schroeder or DLo need to go to the bench, don’t need 3 ball handlers/initiators in the starting lineup. My guess is DLo starts with Reaves since he’s the better defender over Beasley. You could also start Beasley but start Bamba with AD so you have rim protection to make up for the lack of POA defense with a DLo-Beasley backcourt

  3. I had to miss tonights game…wonder what happened?

    *checks box score*

Oh so Dame went off against us again. Ive seen that show before

  4. It’s that first quarter second unit that killed us. It’s a young team, so when they scored a seemingly historic amount of threes, our guys started trying and missing badly, when they should go for the right plays. That put us at an insurmountable deficit.

  5. I wondered why Dennis is still starting then realized Ham was his former assistant coach in Atlanta and they both are open about being close.

  6. Luke Walton may end up having a better record in the 2018-2019 season with no AD, and LeBron missing half the season than Darvin Ham ends up having this season. If that isn’t a red flag, I don’t know what the fuck is.

  7. It’s ok guys we’re only three games back from the play in. It’s ok for AD and Bron to rest. 😤😤😤😤

-This sub with one game left in the season

  8. With a little less passion in my thinking, this team needs more time together, simple as that. Of course Darvin Ham shouldn’t be the coach of this team, but it’s too late to change it now.

  9. I told you guys that Voegyl was a good coach and everyone here shit on me. You guys are easily in the playin with Voegyl as coach right now. Karma for scapegoating him.

  10. Dennis can’t be starting. It’s that simple. The starting lineup needs balance, length and spacing. Dennis gives you NOTHING in that department. No matter how well he’s been playing as of late we have better options available.

I don’t know if him coming back to us was contingent on him getting a starting spot or what but the favoritism can’t go on any further.

It’s good to know Malik can still shoot. Should get better looks with LeBron handling the bulk of the playmaking when he’s back.

  11. good thing about trading Russ IMO was that now people will see who the real problem is and that is Anthony Davis. I just don’t get it tbh. Even without Lebron you still are supposed to have a top 5 player who can carry the load with minimal dropoff and he continues to underwhelm.

When you are hyping up a guy to be a top 5 talent in the league he is supposed to do that atleast 70 out 82x per year. Do you in your honest opinion think Giannis,Jokic, or Embiid would play this poorly vs Drew Eubanks and Trendon Watford.

I don’t understand how he’s not embarrassed. It’s just another reason to believe the guy just doesn’t love the game enough to be what his skills say he should be. He’s always hurt so Idc for the excuses. The dude just refuses to have a dominant mentality.

We could’ve lost that game still but if AD comes out and matches Dame in the 1st half like a true superstar vs inferior opponents it would’ve been much closer and you can live with a road loss at the end of the day.
