2-3 years and he sucks. Yeah, lets bring Kennesaw man back home and suck here. Ridder is already better.
when will y’all realize that the rumors will not stop because we need a QB.. badly 😂
This account is a nameless faceless account without sources. It cites sometimes if it’s legit but when it doesn’t i tend to ignore it
No thanks!
He’s gonna come here, get yelled at by a fan, and then go to Cleveland, isn’t he?
No
They just want the extra draft picks lol
You wouldn’t give up the 8th pick for him? Ridder only has three years left and so does Fields given the 5th year option. As an early Falcons investor in 2023 (I’m expecting a 0% ROI but I think you have longshot potential) I’d much prefer Fields over a Lamar trade, which I would also support (because the long term ramifications of trading for Lamar don’t matter to me).
Everyone complaining about every QB possibly coming to the falcons, but then you realize they attempted to trade for one last year and then this year Arthur Smith said that the position would be evaluated like every other position. Not exactly a ringing endorsement to Ridder. He also added that winning just one game out of the four would go a long way in cementing himself. Never really hear that from a coach in a rookies first four starts. That was weird AF to me.
That account is trash 🚮
Is Fields better than Ridder?
If the answer is anywhere close to “I don’t know,” why would we trade so much draft capital just to try to find out?
I mean if two years ago draft night someone said we’d trade a future first to get Pitts and Fields it’d be a coup
I don’t think Chicago is trading him. I do find it funny this idea started as something small and has kinda escalated into a slight possibility maybe? Smoke=fire perhaps?
Or maybe it’s just a story to get other suitors involved for that #1 pick. Who truly knows.
Well he is from GA so, he would love the dome over Chicago weather anyday
I’d take him for the right price
I wouldn’t trade a wet dog fart for Justin Fields
Def wouldn’t give them a first for him, maybe a third rounder…
Let’s take all the QBs and run an all QB offense. If Zeke can play center, then I’m sure we can find a qb to do it. We already have a qb at tight end
I’d take him in a heartbeat. Grew up a falcons fan, why not take a chance on him?
Young QB available for trade from a struggling franchise. Isn’t that a classic bad sign?
Title of the article should just read “Vague bullshit that is just vague enough I won’t lose credibility if nothing happens. Click here”
I’m surprised you all are shocked.
If this were any other position, and I told you that a third rounder started 4 games at the end of the season there and performed admirably, but didn’t do anything incredible or standout, would you really be all that surprised if we were connected with drafting a player at that position, or trading for one, or signing one as a free agent?
Like if we said, “the Falcons might be in the market for an all pro center” would anyone really get that upset about Drew Dalman? I feel like some Falcons fans just have unreasonable loyalty to people who play the quarterback position here.
Fuck it, let’s buy Miggy from Newcastle and have him play QB lol
if you guys wana pass for less than 150 yards a game, go for it. He scores fantasy points though and looks buff.
