    Also interesting to me that on one side “sources” are saying this isn’t true but now we have another side confirming it is true… im starting to believe no one knows wtf is going on.

  8. If one were to want Bezos to pay a premium for something that one knew he truly coveted… this is actually a pretty good way to maximize the price. Makes me think it’s not true since Danny hasn’t done anything that smart since he’s owned the team.

  11. I dont trust any news coming out right now. Some is hot takes and clickbait and alot is information or misinformation being put out by the major players for negotiation purposes. Sure, some of this is true, but alot is most likely totally false. I mean, we wouldn’t trust any news about the draft right now either, and the stakes of this are exponentially higher. Hopefully we get a good result.

  17. I was DM’ing with A.J. Perez of front office sports earlier and he said he is not hearing that Bezos is being blocked. Bezos wouldn’t have hired the investment company to be blocked by Dan… maybe something changed in the past 6 hours but he said be weary of where you’re hearing things from.

    Standig is legit so this makes me nervous..

  33. I just don’t understand how being that rich works. I would think (almost?)the richest guy in the world buying your thing would be a compliment. Does Dan see himself as on his level and it’s an ego thing? Why would you bar that?
