  1. * Kane and Lafferty didn’t play due to “roster management.”
    * It was the first Hawks game since the 2004 season finale without Kane, Toews, Keith, or Seabrook.
    * Puck drop was delayed an hour for Marleau’s jersey retirement.
    * David Gust made his NHL debut at age 29. He scored his first NHL goal on his first shift.
    * Seney scored his first goal as a Hawk.
    * Domi was unhappy with an uncalled high stick (that cost him some teeth) at the end of the 2nd. He scored 16 seconds into the 3rd.
    * A Sharks goal was negated by an offsides challenge.
    * Mrazek made 45 saves.

  6. they aren’t our top prospects or anything, but it’s nice seeing guys like Guttman and Gust play and really try to keep their spot in the nhl

    all of the bottom teams won today, so nothing happened essentially

  7. Honestly…those Hogs and prospects ain’t looking too shabby. Give us a few years and we could have some legitimate talent coming into the league.

  13. Domi’s chicklets …wow he was hot. glad he got a goal. too bad he couldn’t get another one there in OT & SO. loved watching him & Kane this year
