  1. Entitled hockey bro… can’t this team go one fucking week without a shit show or bad story? Don’t know the context but not a good look.

  2. What a scumbag and not surprising that an entitled college kid did something shitty.

  3. Well that’s a dipshit move. At least no one was in the wheelchair, or on the stairs to get hurt.

  4. Man I got so excited seeing this post because I’m from Erie and didn’t realize Danny B’s son went to college here. Then I read the rest, bummer. Real douche shit.

  5. For the amount of charity the flyers does this is not a good look. It’s way more than just the act of pushing a wheelchair down the stairs. He just took away her entire ability to get around and cost her at least $10k. Custom wheelchairs are custom for a reason she can’t just get any chair. There’s a risk of forming sores, a lack of proper support, not being slim enough to get around in public, etc. If there isn’t a statement on this with a public apology and money for a new chair I swear to god

  6. I thought he pushed someone ON a wheelchair down the stars. That would have been criminal this is just very idiotic and rude

  7. So the Briere kid that was around G and Coots turned out to be a douchey frat bro, huh?

What is up with hockey culture teaching problematic kids it’s okay to be dicks to people with disabilities?

  8. Must be hanging out with Tony DeAngelo too much, sounds like something that idiot would do

  9. Im just glad he didn’t hurt anyone however he did damage my chair. Thank god it’s still useable but there’s multiple things that need fixed or replaced unfortunately.

  10. The worst part is there are people on Twitter defending him like ‘kids do this kind of dumb shit all the time.’

Just shows he has no common sense and is a douchebag.

At least we know he will have 2 ‘interesting’ months at school this term.

  11. Man I get being a drunk college kid but that’s also ridiculously douchey. He should’ve realized that’s how so someone gets around, it’s not hard to NOT be a turd.

    Definitely rich kid behavior

  12. I mean dick move. I hope he reaches out, apologizes, and pays for the damages.

He’s drunk, his buddy egged him on. Hope he learns from the mistake and can make amends. Also Hope Danny doesn’t take too much flack for it.

  13. What a jackass.

Hopefully he misses some games, pays for any damages to the wheelchair, owns up to any other punishments in order for damaging someone’s medical device, and offers a sincere apology.

I can understand a dumb, probably drunk college kid doing something really shitty. How he owns up to it will be the key here.

Hopefully the bro that pointed the wheelchair out to him and encourages him to do it faces some music, too.

  14. Can not defend what he did here.

But I can tell you that he was not raised an entitled kid with no moral direction, in fact quite the opposite.

Any one in the local youth hockey community will tell you the same thing.

Their father is genuinely one the nicest people you could ever meet and his sons were humble, respectful and kind to others.

  15. Not his 1st issue, either. Got tossed from ASU for violating team rules in 2019. Once a douche, always a douche.

  16. What a gigantic douche move from someone who damned well ought to know better on both the level of “Don’t be a gigantic douche” and “You’re in the fuckin’ spotlight, dude – really don’t be a gigantic douche.”

He ought to spend a month in a wheelchair as part of his punishment, to say nothing of the rest of it.

  17. What a douche move. Someone should go to his car, remove the tires and cut his break lines. That’s the equivalent of what he did to that wheelchair user.

  18. If history has taught me anything, this guy will be working for the Flyers front office in the next 5 years.
