Consistency is key…

  1. How many people lost money on this due to gambling? No faith left that the league isn’t rigged.

  2. Of all of the sports I watch, I feel like the NBA has the most inconsistency with enforcing their rules and it is far too subjective. The NFL is pretty bad, but the NBA takes it to an entirely new level. As someone who casually watches basketball, I can say I never even really learned what constitutes a foul because every time I see bad calls, I get confused and question what I thought I knew.

  3. First play of the game, Joel dipped his shoulder into Ev and elbowed him in the face. So, as Joel is at the free throw line, I knew this game was over. Awesome to see the Cavs fight hard without JA and a hurt Mitchell. The rye smile on Joel’s face after the foul overturn was priceless. Kudos to the Cavs fans in attendance for keeping their cool.

  4. Sixers are the most insufferable team in the league because of this kind of bullshit. Two max level foul merchants.

  5. Not sure what the point of watching/investing time into the NBA or other sports like NFL if shits not called by the book or that rules can be changed depending on the player and situation….or how much $$$ is on the line now that the league is in bed with sports betting

  6. I’ve just come to expect this BS when we play the 6ers. The refs get so damn whistle happy, and there will always be one or two controversial game changing calls. The NBA really needs to do something about the Harden/Embiid treatment – it makes the game unwatchable.

  7. Shoulda known when the Cavs had 3 iffy fouls in like the first 4 possessions the refs were gonna blatantly decide the game

  8. If this call would’ve been against Golden St, Lakers, Celtics, etc…it would be the hottest topic of the day and the talking heads would be calling for justice.
