Looks 2024 campaign will be the true Super Bowl or bust mood I want.
Worth it. I don’t know what our realistic ceiling would have been this year, but I have a feeling our division is going to be much easier in 24. SF is going to have to do some retooling to pay out their guys, cards are going to remain the cards, and the Seahawks will likely have Geno regressing and be looking to draft their qB of the future at that point.
Our stars will still have juice in the tank a year from now, we don’t have many rookie contracts we will be having to extend, and we will be able to put together a much better supporting cast to make another run.
Yeah 2023 will have real 2019 vibe and likely worse.
Anyone see how the Texans were making moves this off-season?
Now imagine that feeling for us next year lmao we’ll survive guys, don’t sleep on who we have left on our roster.
If our core isn’t injured we can pull through, our schedule is nowhere near as bad as last year either.
It sucks to write off an entire season but that’s exactly what everything i’ve been reading and listening to essentially is saying. 2024 is the year. This is the time where we assess what we have and who can truly develop. Who knows? the NFC is a shit show! might sneak into the wildcard.
I think we are gonna be better this year than the past year. Hopefully we are healthier. I honestly think if the oline comes together (big if) we can be competitive. Stafford and kupp can still be elite. Aaron Donald is still Aaron Donald. Don’t discount this team.
Where the fuck is the Sim button on this thing?
You can’t do well every year. I like these moves, let’s build it back up.
I just want something to cheer for this year. Not really expecting much after this season. I just really missed having a competitive team. I just want a team i can look forward to on Sundays.
On the bright side, tickets at SoFi will be much cheaper this year!
People can finally admit it’s a rebuild
Rams are being smart. Got a chip, time to reset.
You mean to tell me that…. The Rams have a plan?!?
Now, let’s spend it on *many* players, not 3 players.
Hoping for at least a decent playoff run this season, those injuries last season made us look worse than we should’ve
Floyd is good, but is replaceable. Ramsey is an elite CB, almost impossible to replace. Wagner isn’t at the top of his game but almost certainly better than anyone else they can get with that money.
They need help all along the oline, an upgrade at RB, DL, edge, the secondary and now even at K.
IMO they are tanking for Caleb Williams.
….and wiped 3/4 best defensive assets off of the team. I understand why they did it I just don’t see them contending for the 7th seed unless they hit lighting in the bottle with more then a few of their draft picks. 2023 is going to be hard to watch.
I bet with 61 million we could get a few good players, like a lockdown CB and a star LB!
This upcoming season might be rough (could also be surprisingly okay, let’s not forget) but I’m genuinely excited to see how the team pivots in 2024. At least it looks like there’s a plan behind all of this.
I would not feel this way if we lost the SB.
Fuck it we tank this year get Caleb have the cap space to make the proper moves that year and set ourselves up for another window. Choke 4 Caleb!
Tank for caleb.
Put Stafford in cryogenic sleep until Sept 2024. Need him strong for one last ride into the sunset
