I was at T-Mobile last night (to watch the High School Baseball game between Newport HS vs. Hazen HS) and grabbed a picture of the Wild Card banner with the ‘2022’ added.👍
Also noticed the T-Mobile ‘magenta’ lights on the whole game which was a nice touch. I doubt that they will do that for M’s games however.
Finally, Griffey statue had a World Baseball Classic jersey on 😁
Can’t wait for this season to start. LET’S GO!!!!

The Wild Card banner is new. Looks like they’re replacing the ALCS banner, which makes sense because that banner was always kind of weird and just an excuse to put up a banner for the 2000 wild card team anyway.
More beautiful than a World Series ring to me. I still wake up some days and have to double check that yes, we made it to the playoffs. Felt so so good.

I have been saying for decades….literally decades with a plural, that the ALCS banner needs to go away, and replaced with a 2000 AL wildcard banner.
