  1. Damn still hard to believe how this thing has ended given where it started.

Not to mention Dame killed it all year and the west is so average this season.

  2. Despite having an All NBA First Team year, you gotta think the poor state of the Blazers means he won’t do better than All NBA Second.

  3. Ah yes “injury plagued”. Not intentional or anything. Noooothing to see here.

  4. At what point do we start realizing the emperor has no clothes? I mean I know it’s unpopular to question the process but this is the second year in a row we’ve gone in to the tank. We aren’t getting Wembanyama. Hate to break that fantasy. This team just seems so far away from contention and I don’t think there is a single person in this organization who has the slightest clue on what the fuck they’re doing.

  5. Six games where fans pay good money to see Dame play, and he’s healthy, but takes off for no good reason.

“It’s smart, he could get injured” – the NBA is an entertainment business, not a “stars only play if their team is contending” business.

  6. There is a non zero chance Dame played his last game in a blazer jersey.

Either he requests a trade or the team realizes he is an expiring asset and needs to trade so they can rebuild long term.

  7. If anyone has any blazers tickets they want to send my way, I have a kiddo who would love to go.

  8. Hope Dame gets healthy and starts getting ready for next year. You don’t want Dame to keep playing for a meaningless season and mess around and really get hurt. Sucks. Hate tanking. But I hope it pans out for the best for the blazers. Draft Wemby or get a top 5 pick and use it in a trade to get a player that can help right now.

  9. This subreddit was divided by those who wanted to tank and those who wanted to go for it the last 1-2 months. Finally we can all band together once again, and collectively root for Wembenyama!!

  10. Just in time for my first post pandemic Blazers game! Glad Kings tickets are so cheap even when they are good

  11. Love how Dame stood at center court end of last season and said, this will never happen again, meaning pathetic roster that wastes a season. How has this season been any different. Eating words there DollAR. He doesn’t care about winning a title if he did he’d ask out. He has no pressure in Portland and everybody kissing up to him saying he should get out of there and go somewhere else. He likes being the big fish in the little pond. People don’t realize how big of an Ego this guy has. For him to think he’s actually going to lead any team to a championship is laughable. Simons is garbage, Nurkic is garbage, Grant is garbage, none of them starters. Sharpe already better then Simons. The Blazers got rid of Powell, Hart, CJ, Trent Jr. so Ant could become the man. What pro sports franchise would do this other then Portland. He wouldn’t even get off the bench on a contending team. Nurkic game is for Europe where you can be slow and finish weak with no outside shot and Grant takes bad shots all game long. Time to find trade partners for Dame, Ant, Nurkic. Sign and trade with Grant. Try and keep Winslow he is solid. Sharpe, Walker, Watford, Keon, Eubanks, Thybulle, Little. Build from there with assets you get back from those 4 starters even though only one is an actual starter. Its a mess, blow it up.

  12. Brooks joyfullness on these broadcasts is comedic. They all act like oh wow what great young talent this team has, can’t wait for next year. We haven’t heard that one before have we. I mean, it must be nice to have guaranteed millions. Ant, Dame, Nurk all smiling watching this shell of a roster get pummeled again the last couple months of the season. such a rudderless, pointless exercise and excuse of a pro sports franchise. There might be one or 2 teams at the most that have less young talent then the Blazers, it’s not like any of this young talent jumps off the page as holy cow what a future this franchise has minus maybe Sharpe and Watford. The Blazers are a bad nightmare that is unfortunately a reality

  13. The sweet warmth of the tank is all enveloping like a tequila drunk mixed with a hot bath…accepted bliss
