[Masters] Ryan O’Reilly on his broken finger: “It feels good. We’re progressing. It’s not 100 per cent yet & we got to be smart. You know, the goal is to be 100 per cent for the playoffs so being smart with that … We’re getting close here.”

  1. Don’t care if he plays at all until then, though it would obviously be ideal to get a few reps in, if it means he’s fully healed in time for Tampa.

  2. Hope he recovers quickly. When I broke my finger I had it in a splint for 6 weeks, but since it was immobilized for so long I had to do a lot of exercises for several weeks after to get it to fully bend lmao. I trust in the TML to get him up and running quickly.

  3. Don’t care if he can’t make it by game 1. The buds will hold the fort until he comes back at 100% or more. Nothing less!

  4. Yeah thats s good call. Broken fingers are slow healers. Rather have him feeling good than it still not be 100% and it causes him to doubt himself on some plays.
