  1. Not super familiar with the tiebreaker rules, so does this guarantee that if we’re tied with Calgary for points at the end of the season, we’d win the tiebreaker?

  2. Well, that’ll be nice if it comes down to the third tiebreaker. Personally I’d rather have a more secure advantage, actual standings points maybe?

  3. They can catch us in RW which is the actual tiebreaker.

    However, if they get 4+ more regulation wins than we do, they’ll likely be well ahead in points by season’s end anyway, unless we end up with a few OT/SO wins.

  4. It will come down to the Jets Flames game coming up. Winner of that will make the playoffs. A Jets win will put enough space between them to make the playoffs. A Flames win and they leap us. The remaining schedule is heavily in favour of the Flames so that game is a must win for the Jets.
