The most upset I’ve ever been about a trade. I know he’s not the best player ever, but he just feels like a cub to me.

hosmer is fine. i’m hoping mervis can make the jump but i’m ok with hosmer.

yesterday it was just eerie seeing three of his plays that made me reflexively remember rizzo…

also, yan behind the plate is gonna remind me of how much i miss willy all season long…
Miss kschwarb more. Riz just about said “it’s business” so it was easy for him to leave.
Rizzo was the closest thing to a captain this team has had since Sosa. I wanted him to have the “C” on his sleeve more than anything in the world.
Rizzo is the only one from the core I wanted to extend
My favorite Rizzo moment will always be “*FREDRICK!!!!*”
They have such a beautiful friendship.
Can we stop with the reminiscing about former players who are still playing please. Especially Rizzo, he’s like the only one they actually offered a extension. He turned it down to only take less from the Yankees. I love the 2016 team and miss Javy because the way he played the game. But we don’t need to make post after post about it. We actually look like we are turning this thing around. Support the front of the jersey not the back.
Hosmers pick in the 9th was gross.
This team would have been better with him at first too bad he didnt take the extension
