Haener 3rd rounder we got for waller.
Sounds like we are anywhere and everywhere that could have talent. I’m really hopeful that this FO knows how to draft. It’s the only thing we got to look forward to at this point lol.
I know people probably want to use the 1st on a QB, but I’d be really happy with using our 1st and 2nd on defence and then going QB and TE in the third, then defence from there.
Considering how strong the QB class is for next year, and how many question marks the top guys have this year I think it would be a better long term plan
Haener is a tough kid. Got hurt real bad in the 2nd game of the year I think. Had to get stem cell treatment to get back on that field within 6 weeks I think. Then the Dogs went on a crazy win streak to win the MWC. He’s not a sexy pick at QB, but I don’t question the dudes heart. Played hurt one non conference game, practically on one ankle, still led the comeback. Downside to him; he’s gotten hurt a lot 🤣🤣. Still, nab him in the 3rd or 4th, wouldn’t be mad at all.
I think their long snapper is awesome. Jk
