  7. Don’t let this loss distract you from the fact that Nolan Gorman is batting .500 with a 1.647 ops.

  11. Idk if Hicks has any options left, but it’s time to have a serious conversation about him. He hasn’t been good since his injury in 2019, and his command hasn’t gotten any better. It sucks, because you can clearly see that he has the ability to be great, but the results just haven’t been there.

  15. Am I the only one who still recklessy optimistic about our pitching? We’ve faced two very good lineups plus pitchers are still getting used to the pitch clock

  16. I like how the MLB app audio is not only 5 minutes behind, but evidently stops when the game is actually over, so I missed the last PAs of the Cardinals

  18. 4 runs, 12 hits, only 6 strikeouts. An improvement from last year. A little bit better pitching and we’d win this game.

  20. We are not going to win many games this year through our pitching. If we want to be competitive our offense is going to need to be effective without many slumps throughout the entire season. It’s gonna be a long season. Luckily our offense could be one of the best lineups in the league.

  23. I think we all know it, but no one wants to come out and say it…

    This L can be squarely placed on the shoulders of the arch. It doesn’t do shit but stand there and expect us to look at it. I mean sure, it’s good for an elementary field trip in the spring so the teachers can pass the flask while the kids play grab ass on the elevator while trying to make the little cubbyvator sway and fall, and then oooh and ahh while trying to stick their heads into those shitty windows, but what else does it do?

    Nothing but lose games for us, and I am sick and tired of acting like it doesn’t.
