Phillies announce Uber RideShare pickup lot for Sports Complex attendees

It’s about time the Phillies set up something like this. Getting an Uber after a game is always a terrible experience at best. I remember that Dodger Stadium had something like this set up when I was there easily 6 or 7 years ago.
I had 4 Ubers cancel on me after the eagles nfc championship tailgate. So frustrating
For the life of me I don’t understand why they wouldn’t extend some regional rail routes down to the stadiums. Yes, the BSL goes there, but this would probably encourage more people going to games from the suburbs to take transit in.
NRG station is literally right there. Take the damn train
Seems like a great excuse to charge surge pricing. I always get picked up/dropped off at the casino.
I say this from experience, this is gonna be ugly af.
I did this last summer at Met Life Stadium after the Red Hot Chili Peppers. It took like a hour minimum waiting in what was like a refuge camp in the parking lot. It takes forever for a Lyft to get into the parking lot and with the rush of demand it’ll be insanely priced.
Def would recommend take the BSL to any stop and take a Lyft from there.
