   Which basically has meant goodbye Brunson (cant “overpay” a guy who can’t defend) , no more Boban, repeated instances of disinterest in Dragic.

   Luka on Kidd’s team. I’m not sure that makes him happy.

23. The biggest reason I was mad at the Brunson deal was bc of his fit with Luka. He played well with him. Brunson gets to show more of what he can do when he controls the ball. He’s always had this in him, just not the opportunity playing next to Luka. Even if Brunson re-signed, he more than likely would’ve been a trade piece. So instead of letting that happen, he wanted to control where he went.
