2. Pretty sure the original report came from Florio, as I heard this a day or two ago on Rich Eisen. Florio is garbage.
3. My guess is that the price would be high, but I’d consider it, frankly. Doesn’t mean I’d pull the trigger, though.
I’d do it for a conditional 2025 7th rounder and if we get a 2023 6th back.

I think the article is being misread. Let’s be really specific about what it’s saying. Belichick is shopping Mac Jones around. Is that a surprise? All the article is saying is that he tried to shop him to the Bucs. There is no indication that the Bucs were at all interested in this attempt. I’m not sure why this story is being doubted. It makes sense for both sides. New England trying to dump him. The Bucs, assumedly, declined politely but firmly. Seems like a non-story unless we hear otherwise.
