Antti Raanta is Underrated and Underappreciated in Carolina

As long as he’s winning. Let him drop a game and the Doomers will demand his head. Let him get hurt and half this board will jizz themselves inside out in joy at the thought of getting Kochetkov back from the minors.
Hard push against the idea that he’s underrated and under-appreciated. Not sure where the writer is getting that idea.
He’s properly rated and probably under-appreciated. He’s arguably been the most consistent goalie this season and should be the starter heading into the playoffs. It’s been Raanta > Koochie > Andersen this season.
He’s neither of these here. Why do these articles keep getting attention?
I for one very much appreciate my auntie raants. Guy has some weak points where he gets injured easily but damn if he can’t stop pucks when healthy

Raanta’s great and I’ve been a fan of his since he was in Arizona. The team plays great in front of him too.
