    [WPA](https://library.fangraphs.com/misc/wpa/) measures the change in probability of winning a game per plate appearance/batter faced and assigns each player credit based on their contributions during the game. It doesn’t take into account fielding.

    Great start from Gumby. It was especially nice to see after a rough beginning to the season by the pitching staff

  5. I am truly enraged. The Cardinals got Arenado from the Rockies for a song. The Rockies are PAYING the Cardinals to take him. And then he doesn’t even opt out of his WAY undermarket deal to make them add a year or some more cash? What even the fck.

  15. Ewww…. Went over and turned on the Blues game. It’s not pretty. I am still recovering from the PTSD of driving to Nashville last weekend. Going to wait for City SC now.

  17. Just wanna say how happy I am that Chip is in the booth. Don’t get me wrong, I love Dan, but Chip is such a pro and I really enjoy listening to him.

  27. I mean I’d really love to move Walker up in the lineup but he is doing so well in the 8 spot. Don’t want to fix what isn’t broke
