Over reaction. The only two that are weak links are Hill and Velasquez, and Velasquez will either go to the pen or get DFA’d once Brubaker comes back. Hill will be okay until July. It’s only been two starts
If this team got some reliable pitching, they easily could compete for the division crown. They have the bats but it’s going to be hard to win when the other team is scoring at a high rate. 20 runs in the last two games alone is unacceptable.
