  1. It’s not meaningless because it’s their first round opponents. Leafs went out to make a statement.

  2. If I were Tampa, I’d be worried. That said, the effort from Tampa wasn’t trivial and the goaltending was stupendous. Let’s hope the goalies stay hot for the first round.

  3. Why do they keep calling these games meaningless. Does home ice advantage in later rounds not matter or am I missing something?
