I respect it.
I mean… can you blame him? I would be laughing my ass off if I were him or DFS.
Good for him. Rooting for him in the playoffs.
he’s real, nothing wrong whatsoever
Mavs are the laughing stock of the league until opening night 23-24.
Laugh all you want sweet prince. Good luck to our old friend, the realest interview in the NBA and a fun player to watch. I miss those “don’t shoot th…HELL YEAH GREAT SHOT DINWIDDIE!”
Offtopic but if this is a verbatim quote, i love Dinwiddie using a colorful variety of words for someone just speaking off the cuff
Cuban won’t rest until everyone is laughing at us
That’s completely understandable tbh
Many of us would say the same plus he’s classy af can’t judge him
Mavs were already headed down this path. They were barely beating bad teams when luka was dropping 40-60 point games every night.
Once he injured his leg they would have fallen apart with or without that trade happening. He was never the same after that injury.
Only difference is Luka will be back and healthy next season and if Nico does his job to get some actual NBA quality big men to defend and rebound, Mavs have an actual path to contender status. Brooklyn has 0% chance of winning a title with Bridges as the best player.
Good for Spence. Really liked what he did here, wouldn’t have sent him with Doe but we needed a jolt for the FO to take things seriously this offseason. I hope Spence and Doe are super successful, same as I felt for Brunson.
It is a shame though how many players have either had much better careers after leaving the Mavs, or the best years of their careers were on other teams before coming to the Mavs. I build an “all-time” Mavs team in 2K MyTeam every year, and the number of great Mavs players NOT in a Mavs jersey compared to the ones that are is not even close.
