  1. Yates gets the win & now Snit is convinced he deserves high leverage spots 😭 but hey CHOP CHOP we got the dub!

  2. Felt like we lost all 3 games, but somehow pulled off a sweep. Braves baseball is back, baby

  3. I legitimately do not care how close these games were. Just winning all these games has been huge with how many injuries we have right now.

  4. If Ozuna is on the roster Snitker will keep running him out there. Someone has to cut Snitker off and DFA him and that someone is AA

  5. Such fucking tenacity. Constantly fighting from behind and through a myriad of injuries. Very admirable. Go Braves!

  6. glad for kirby, he looked dejected after that walk but came back and closed it down

  7. 🙌 I worship at the altar of Eddie “20/20 vision” Rosario, AJ “Winter” Minter, Ronald “La Bestia” Acuña 🙌 thank you for the 🧹

  8. what a series, the reds are pesky man. offense showed a lot of grit this series after a pretty bad series vs san diego. lets keep it going against kc!

  9. Been studying, just started listening to the game. I see we managed to beat a scrappy if inferior team with our 8-man rotation.

  10. The Braves are still undefeated in games this season I’ve gotten to watch at least part of!

  11. We were lucky the reds have a shit pen. It allowed us to come back and win these games but that won’t happen against better teams. Pitching has to be better.

  12. Can’t wait until the advanced stats on the exit velo off Ozuna’s bat after a rain delay when he wore his favorite socks on a Thursday.

Just stop it. He’s trying to hit a ball to a different state every AB. The pitcher knows it and takes advantage of it. He’s a low baseball IQ guy who is a free out.

Also, if Arcia is OK, please cut it with the IL precaution bullshit. These are grown men. If you say they can play in September, play them now, especially with the depth of the team getting weaker. We need Arcia’s bat in the lineup as we have a good deal of strikeouts behind him. Our training staff is way to conservative at times.

  13. Many moons ago I typed the disgraceful words “more like Orlando Ass-ia am I right?” and to atone for my sins I will be cutting off and donating my hand in case Orlando needs it. I hope the baseball gods as well as Orlando Arcia can forgive me for the shame I once brought upon myself.

  14. While folks were freaking about Strider all night he still fought to 5 IP 3 ER 9Ks. Not great but kept the ballgame close. Not to steal Glavine’s patented talking point but when you can keep us in games even when you don’t have it, you’re an ace buddy.

  15. lol. Gordon Beckham should be the cover of the backyard baseball reboot. That hat was made for him

  16. I think this sweep may have put me sleeping on the couch for a couple of nights. My wife is a lot of things, great things, but a house keeper is not one of them. I knew it when I married her and we have a good balance of labor. When Minter closed it she said “Lemme go find the broom!” and I, reflexively, said “Yeah, you probably wouldn’t know where it is.” lmao

  17. Missed what was said about Arcia. What happened after the HBP? Precautionary removal? It looked painful so fingers crossed

  18. I’ll eat the DV’s, but I defended Ozuna on his DUI bullshit, and I’m not a fan of booing anyone. That’s what the Phillies / Mets do…

….but goddamn Ozuna is just this massive blackhole of suck out there. It’s been that way for going on what..3 years? It’s time to call it a sunk cost, a failed experiment. It’s time to eat it and move on. I feel like we should see some kind of change to his approach at the plate. Just a complete rework of his entire stance, swing, just all of it, but I don’t. The only thing consistent is to know he’s going to get an out. Even his minor uptick in ST has fizzled out.

It’s time to fucking move on. Too much talent behind him that could be a net positive instead of the absolute gravitational singularity that he has become.

  19. That was the most stressful sweep of a bottom feeder team I’ve ever seen. I mean these Reds fought us like we were in the playoffs against the Dodgers or something. 3 straight 1 run wins.

  20. Is there still drama around the “Dugout Sweep” pic guy? I always loved his Photoshops but I know he was banned for a while and I don’t even know if he’s here anymore.

  21. The fact that we have the second best record in the MLB with Harris, D’Arnaud, Fried, Iglesias, and McHugh out is insane.

  22. Shit man, now arcia got hurt? That was such a tough sweep. Any better beat wouldn’t swept us. We need to give some sensu beans to these guys or something.

  23. What’s the word on Arcia? I just saw he got hbp and exited. I couldn’t watch (obviously)

Edit: I read further down that x-rays were negative.
