  1. They have two qbs that could be there future purdy definitely showed he could do it and they put a lot in to grab trey I don’t see them trying to get a guy like Rodgers.

  2. The endowment effect refers to an emotional bias that causes individuals to value an owned object higher, often irrationally, than its market value

  3. They Have Purdy, Lance, and Darnold on the roster. They’re not about to add another QB. Full stop.

  4. The ONLY way the 49ers would entertain this is if the deal with Jets falls through which would make the 49ers the only team at the table for Rodgers services.

They would have even more leverage than the Jets currently have, no way the Packers would get more than a conditional 3rd in this scenario.

  5. Speaking as a Niners fan… he would HATE it here. We are a run first offense, and Kyle Shanahan calls the shots. Rodgers got free reign to audible whenever he wanted and change whatever he wanted on the fly in GB. That’s absolutely not how Kyle’s offense operates. The hero ball antics would cause a big rift.

  6. There are literally no other teams that would both be interested and willing to give up as much value as us.

edit: to the people downvoting me, name one team, please.

  7. I already don’t want Rodgers any more. Even when I was excited about the idea of having a half-way capable QB, I knew it was only a matter of time until Rodgers would wear out his welcome. I just didn’t think he’d do it before he even got here.

  8. Man if the packers worked this hard to get Rodgers some help he might have more than one superbowl
