  1. If it will either get them re-elected or new voters on their side, politicians will say or do just about anything. Take anything coming from them with a grain of salt.

  2. I assume she’s just commenting (without actually commenting) on major positive news for the franchise that represents her city. Maybe it’s a good sign for the stadium relocation, but allegedly Dan had already worked something out and it got blocked by the federal govt. Maybe Harris can get more done? Maybe not

  3. I’m probably just reliving the past and want the Wash football team to be back in the District , but I do believe things are happening right now for a reason. I feel like we’re definitely going back home to DC.

    That said, I don’t know anything about the politics that are involved to make this happen.

  4. No, DC isn’t going to help pay for the new stadium, but VA politicians will be back on board as soon as Snyder is out.

  5. RFK is on federal land. So it would take politicians on all levels to agree to nake this happen. But I cant see this not becoming another political football.
