American Airlines Center in Dallas getting major upgrades: new video boards, seats

Maybe just start with the roof
Cuban’s too cheap for roofs, at least better buckets
I thought Cuban bought some land in the design district to build a new arena?
About time. We have the worst video board in the league. I have League Pass Premium and almost all stadiums now have screens that are huge and some run almost whole length of the floor. We still have freaking tiny square screens like it’s 2001.
A nicer way of saying “we are finding new ways to raise ticket prices, regardless of how shit it was to watch them the previous year”
We could open up some seats by removing the Maniaacs
Mavs are great at PR
Upgrade the roster instead
Can we get new Cameras too? I always feel like I’m watching the game in 720p. It’s 2023.
And as always, get rid of the Maniaacs. Might as well fully rebrand too while we’re at it, Mark
Can someone post the article? I’m not subscribing to Dallas morning news. About time for the upgrade cause the seats are disgusting.
I attended a Dallas Stars game and the armrest fell off.
They should fix the roof.
I remember when the AAC was built Cuban was talking about how there was going to be a section where there was high speed LAN Where people can plug their laptop in and be on the internet. Like businessman can be doing business at the game. Did that ever happen? Anyone ever see these seats?
