Crazy he won ROY as a player off the bench
And it’s totally not lost on me, that it’s his most games played since his rookie year. Benching him with fewer minutes has kept him healthier, and he’s always effective. Love this movie, and love this dude. He’s going to win us games in playoffs there’s no doubt.
It’s almost like the Celtics looked at his 2018-19 year and said “let’s try for that, but coming off the bench”
My friends said I was crazy and “don’t know ball” when I said that he wouldn’t start over smart this year and would start less than 15 games. We did an awards prediction spreadsheet and so far I am the only one with a correct answer. Let’s go Malcolm!
