Angels fan here. Gotta love ohtani and the chance he gives us to win everyt time he takes the mound but I think the league gives him a bit too much credit when it comes to hitting. He hits for about .260 and he will probably finish around 30 hr. Still very impressive for someone who has a .64 era but if you break down his game both ways then you have a great pitcher (probably best in league) and a okay power hitter that will strike out a lot and hit about 30 hrs and bat a .260. I don’t think he fits well in the 2 spot. I think ohtani would fit well in maybe the 4 spot in the lineup. Let rendon hit after trout. Rendon imo is a much harder at bat then ohtani is. Rendon doesn’t swing at bad pitches and always gets deep into the count. Get runners on for ohtani and his power will drive them in. Great game for the halos!
