Marcus Morris Sr. denies report that Nicolas Batum told Tyronn Lue to start him in Game 4

During Saturday’s broadcast of Game 4 of the Clippers-Suns series, Chris Haynes reported that Batum went to Lue and told him to start Morris because he thought he’d be a better fit with Kawhi Leonard and Paul George injured.

However, Morris refutes this report; he commented on Sideline Sources’ post after the game saying it didn’t happen.

Do you guys think this hints at any turmoil within the Clippers’ locker room?

  1. Hmm… never heard of Sideline Sources. Let’s see what the beat reporters say. Either way I can see a future without Morris and possibly Batum as well. The whole thing is strange.

  2. Honestly hoping we completely revamp our PF position for next year. Id be fine with none of Morris, Batum, Roco being here next year.

  3. what happened was batum told ty maybe give Roco. achance at starting he can shoot as well as switch onto guards.

Then Ty said fuck no Im going with my baby mook lol
