    We need to play much better than this

    Refs need to be better

    Seattle need to stop being whiny assholes and actually play hockey instead of trying to kill Makar, and more egregiously everyone else

  4. The Kraken are just smothering everything that comes into their zone. The Avs still look uninterested.

  5. Weird to be up in a series where we’ve spent huge swaths of time getting our asses kicked. Time to wake up boys

  6. Refs are fucking trash. The Avs are playing like trash. Both things can be true. Long way to go.

  7. Honestly it looks like Seattle was content and expecting to play another not so physical game like the first 3 of the series and clearly the Avs wanted to be more physical.

    It looks like the Kraken weren’t really ready for it and now they’re acting all pissy.

  8. I think, so far, this is one of the worst officiated games I’ve seen in years. It doesn’t feel like the refs are in control of the game. It does feel like the squid are looking for blood though.

  11. Kraken pace is unsustainable tbh. Let them swarm every puck in the first and wheeze the rest of the game.

  16. I really didn’t want to start hating the Kraken but I’m just not a fan of them going after Cale. The fans are out for blood through a hit that clearly wasn’t intended to be as hard as it was.

  17. Stfu about the refs. They’re farrrr from the reason why we’re down 2-0. Avs need to nut up and start playing competently

  19. Georgie needs to stop 1 of those 2. Full stop.

    That being said, we look like we are two steps behind the kraken on every play.

    We can definitely come back. But fuck guys we are 15 mins in and have 30 seconds of zone time

  21. Pretty cool that Geekie was able to see his kid born on a non game day. Bigger than hockey.

  24. im not sure this “avoid winning” first period strategy is going to be viable long term

  28. Maybe Cale was sick of the no call cross check on him. I mean the guy broke his stick on him and no call.

  30. vibes arent good atm, but the avs are pretty good at reversing that. i’ll panic if we’re still looking like this after 2 periods.
