4. I kind of like how the NHL handles expansion teams. When you put a brand new team in a city with no hocky history immediatly make it a good team to draw fans and plant the seeds for a future fanbase.

18. Seattle has had many great Junior hockey teams and rivalies with other close by teams in the WHL that made them primed for this, the NHL. Seattle is just a great sports town too. I think the real story is how the NHL has done this,…dont forget,…these players were given up by other teams,…these VERY talented dudes come together with a "we will show them" attitude and this is what happens. Can you imagine all meeting up in a dressing room, no history, no track record, level playing feild,…all guys top level talent. It could fall on its face,…or go this way. Its a movie story line if there ever was one. What a ride for this team. GoKrakenGo

21. No clue how the hell the Avs, the defending champions mind you, still haven't figured out that they need to play a full 60 to win in the postseason. That's 4 straight playoff games where they have been flat out abused by the Kraken for most of the opening 20 minutes and just like in game 1, it cost them a legitimate chance at a W tonight. Only reason this game got to OT was Georgiev standing on his head. Seattle came to brawl and they EARNED that dub. Best of 3 baby! Let's see who wants it more 🙂

27. I was at this game. My god was it loud at that goal! I couldn’t hear the goal song, and I could barely hear the announcement of who scored!

    However, does anyone else have a problem with the refs calling penalties in overtime?
    It's always been an unwritten rule to "let them play" in the playoffs especially overtime.
    This series is great, but these calls are ruining the kings/oilers and lightning/leafs series.
    Once again, this series is awesome, just wondering how other nhl fans feel.
