  1. Talking about tipping pitches is like talking about Bruno- we don’t do it. If the players want to mention it to each other, fine. For the rest of us, let it be one of those issues that you let linger because you’re not drawing attention to it. Delight in your ability to recognize when a MLBer is telegraphing their pitch sequencing, but there is no tipped pitch, talk about Bruno, or Fight Club.

  3. Imagine you’ve been in a coma for 3 years and you are wondering why is part of his jersey number missing? Stupid Nike.

  6. Definitely not tipping pitches. Blake said he was sitting slider because he was seeing breaking balls all game. I believe Kopech may have been tipping when we routed him earlier in the year but last night was just an example of good guessing.
