1. I want gallant gone but clearly the problem is much deeper than him

2. Trouba throws a helmet because nobody shows up for half a season. Igor is punching NJ skaters because nobody is sticking up for him. He’s standing on his head and then yelling at the bench because nobody is playing like the games matter. Goodrow fights a dude a foot taller than him because why not, and once again screams at the bench to do literally anything, which they don’t. The core is clearly rotten and something is wrong.

   Teams that win championships don’t have this problem. You can blame Gallant but any athlete worth a damn will give their best effort even if they’re getting shit canned. Nobody has done that consistently besides Igor. Not saying you have to blow it up but maybe you do.

6. It’s all a product of Gallant’s philosophy and (lack of) system. He gives the keys to the vets and let’s them lead the way, which is great when they are hot but leads to a lack of accountability. Simultaneously when the vets struggle there is no structure to fall back on
