  3. Before yesterday, the Reds had the largest current win streak in the MLB…… regardless, welcome to Monday boys.

  5. Luckily for us, the Padres have been all over the map in terms of their ability day-to-day. That lineup has random bursts of playing to their ability in between going silent but they’re so streaky that we hopefully will be able to steal the game Ashcraft is pitching.

    Need the bats to show up hot all 3 days to have a chance. San Diego’s rotation isn’t great but the Reds struggled a bit more in games 2 and 3 against Oakland than I expected against such a disastrous staff.
