Here’s how our starting pitching stacks up against the Cardinals: Ohtani pitches Wednesday

Could realistically get a sweep here if our pitchers do their usual thing. Cards haven’t looked good this year, hopefully this isn’t where they start turning it around
I don’t think this is gonna be a breeze. Their pitchers’ ERA might seem high but they also have a lot of Ks. And we just saw how the team does with unfamiliar pitchers. I hope the offense shows up and doesn’t give these guys new career highs in Ks. Also hope the Cards’ offense remains stone cold.
We have real chance to sweep them but baseball is baseball. Cardinals lost 3 games in a row, they’re due for a win and it gotta be against us. Hope we can win this serie to get some momentum for 2 tough series at home.
I think Gio saw Mikolas during WBC. Shohei saw Waino too. Hopefully that’s enough
All three of these games look fun. I hope this series is less boring than the Dodgers vs. the Cardinals.
Gotta take 2 of these at least!
Surprised to see the Cards down so bad. We should be able to walk away with a series win but you never know with this team
If we were an above average team or even average, this would be a sweep.
The next 2 weeks is gonna tell us how our season will go… gonna be a ride.
The Cardinals suck pretty bad, we should be able to get a couple wins.
We should win the series which means we’ll lose the series sadly. Trout will go 5-14 but every hit will be in low leverage situations as usual.
Let’s pick up 2/3 against a bad team.
Hope the Angels can take advantage of the struggling Cards, and this doesn’t turn into another Angels acting as the slump busters series for us
Probably a 2-1 series win but no sweep
Last time I commented on one of these positively, we got nearly swept by the Red Sox in 4 games, so I’m just gonna try and fight fate here and say we’re about to get horribly swept.
This team is capable just hoping we’re the ones that gain momentum and not the Cards 🥺🥺🥺🥺🥺
