NJD had an epic season, and 4 well deserved wins including the 2 light's out shutouts in this series. All those years between 2012 and now are ancient history. This team is a real contender.

Two goals in and so far, no fault on Igor. No one could have hoped to stop them. Rangers defense looking like dogshit. Third goal was basically a 3 on 1. What were the Rangers even doing?? Yeah, NY absolutely deserved to lose this game.
This Devils team can go the distance with this series win!

How is it possible that the biggest hit of the playoffs so far, is not included in the NHL highlight package? Is the NHL embarrassed of their players making big hits or what? Seems like something an average hockey fan would want to see to me, but I do not work for the NHL…

WHERE was the team of LAST year?? This years version was soft and had zero pushback.
Wow, WOW, what a goal by Palat and McLeodd, certainly the greatest this season in the league. Sure it's no OT winner, yet it still seemed to simply put the game away. Gorgeous!
As for the Rangers, to get shut out in game 7?!! Absolutely disgraceful.

Rangers have no one to blame but themselves. Them losing three straight games was inexcusable. All they had to do was win at least one of those games 😑. Game six should’ve been the clincher. Anyways they blew an opportunity on a wide open eastern conference and are now out early. Anyways congrats on a great season, Rangers. This will sting for a while. Congrats to the Devils and good luck the rest of the way.

New Jersey turned out to be too fast for the Rangers. A lot of good players from the teams that made the playoffs will now go to the 2023 World Cup to play for the teams of Canada and the USA.

What a horrible series for the NY Rangers. They were one of the worst playing teams in this first round…their offense with these players is just non-existent way too often!

Fully loaded Rangers team couldnt beat the mediocre Devils 🤦♂️You could throw Prime King Henry in net and the Rangers would still lose 🤣

As Rags fan gotta tip the cap to the Devils, Rangers failed to capitalize, Devils kept their mental on tons of missed calls and took advantage of breakdowns in the Rangers defense and put out an extremely impressive game 7 victory. My gut told me whoever scores first wins the game. I wanted to see more heart from my team, but wasn't it today except from Igor who continued to be brilliant. GG Devils, GL in the next rounds!
With everything that has gone right for the Devils this season, it'd be even crazier if the team just solved it's biggest problem/need: a stud goaltender. (*I'm aware it's an incredibly small sample size but hey, fans can dream, right?)
So glad that all teams with all of the arrogant, obnoxious, douchebags fan bases are eliminated. Maybe the New York & Boston fans should stick to what they know, Italian food, planes crashing into buildings, avoid bombs during marathons, and should learn how to treat people. Y’all can say you want about the region I live in, but let me ask y’all this? What happened to your twin towers? It’s just like John Cougar said, the walls, come tumbling down.
