1. From what I've found talking to other Colts fans everyone expects a rough year or two at least. I think if they utilize both Richardson and Minshew correctly that may not be the case though.

13. You can't develop if you don't play. I would be shocked if AR isn't our starter week 1. The Colts had a very solid draft over the weekend. The Josh Downs pick in the 3rd round is so under the radar. Josh had great production at North Carolina and contrary to belief, he's 5'9 not 5'8. Also, he's a way better route runner than Parris Campbell ever was. This offense is going to be explosive, dynamic, and fun to watch. Lets get it.

24. What Jamie may not understand … It's not "poor Shane Steichen." It was the discussions between Irsay and Steichen that resulted in Richardson's being the pick! If anything, it was Chris Ballard who seemed to be left out of the decision-making process … and then he directed all the rest of the Colts' picks. No, no, this is Steichen's pick … the guy he WANTS to work with and develop. We know his résumé. But can he do the same magic with someone whose experience as a starter is this limited?

26. Let him sit at minimum 8 games before he gets in. He will be better for it if he sits. It helped Mahomes tremendously. Let him sit out the full season. So he gets the full off season and gets adjusted to being in the NFL. There is off the field stuff to adjust to as well. It will help the team in the long run if they have him sit the season

28. Making fun of irsay for that tweet was Busch league. Had a top 4 pick in second round knowing Levis was on a few teams radars and wanted someone other then titans who are in their division to trade up and steal him

29. I think Richardson will be fine. Start him Week 1 and let him develop and get better throughout the weeks. Manning didn’t have a great first year, but look what he did. Luck fell right in, but it takes time to get better. Have patience with AR and he’ll be the future.

33. Dude won the game of life but is a loser as a college qb and was 50% accurate and has only one season under his belt. This is a trey lance reach. This guy is malik willis hype but someone was drunk enough to act on it. Dude hit the roof at the combine, he can run and jump, why is that important as a qb? Dude will be a historic bust like trey lance. A guy who has that much physical talent has always been able to rely on it and when everyone is equally as physically gifted around him, he will not have the mental ability to overcome. He has never had to develop it.

40. As Colts fan I'm just happy we have a QB to actually believe in. Not looking for him to even be amazing this year but we just don't know yet. As long as his confidence isn't shaken he'll be good.
