this series feels EXACTLY like the mild one. spend the first half of game 1 adjusting. and dominate play afterwards.
we saw what an aggressive forecheck does to a team. it tires their squad out and opens up stretch passes. there’s a reason their goal differential goes down throughout the game’s periods. wash the first, battle and win in the second and third are they KEYS to this series.

Just what I needed to end my birthday, a Stars victory.
That 1st goal was beautiful but that 2nd goal was just lucky, had Heiskenen not lost his stick it would be a 4-1 final
