Jim Owczarski interviewed Jon Horst about the coaching search! There’s more details in the article but I think for me the most interesting note is *right now* they don’t think the next HC needs to have current NBA head coaching experience.
Needs to have a good offensive scheme that can work in the playoffs
Didn’t really learn a lot but it’s good to know Horst is open to exploring many options. Of course, they may also have a far more defined idea of where they’re going than Horst’s letting on but he certainly gave all the right answers.
