My only contribution to this thread and likely this sub today is I don’t think Dodger fans got enough credit for making Albert hitting 700 that much more of a now-iconic moment in baseball history. That crowd went absolutely nuts when it happened. I was so scared it was gonna happen in an away stadium and the reaction would be underwhelming, but that crowd reaction blows me away every time, and I’ll forever love that fanbase for it.
