No. The fact that they even threw in Bosh and Carter as coaching options should be indicative of that (I know Vince has been doing a sort of “legacy tour/repair” with the Raptors in retirement but he is not a coach candidate, though him being a consultant wouldn’t be a bad idea because VC could shoot the 3 real nice — Bosh is straight up someone you rarely hear from him, if at all these days)
