  1. I hope the other owners are taking notice and silently lobbying Manfred to get Fisher to sell the team. I can’t believe the owners are tolerating this level of incompetence.

  2. This is why I refused to go all doom-and-gloom when the news hit a few weeks ago. We’ve been here before. Nothing is certain until a shovel hits the ground.

    Why she’s giving info on background to journalists could mean a lot of things, but it’s certainly interesting.

  4. I know it’s unlikely for many reasons, but it would be hilarious if the A’s had to go hat in hand to Oakland for a lease extension on the Coliseum and they made them sign a 5-10 year extension.
