Offense just the opposite of clutch 4 GIDPs and no hits with runners in scoring position. Had our chances and just blew them all. Onto tomorrow
So many runners left on base and so many potential rallys ruined by double plays. Sad game.
Was it four guys left on third today? Need some clutch hitting and get back to winning business tomorrow
Gonna be honest. Hard did not enjoy the outcome.
sad man. i don’t mind a loss to a powerhouse like the o’s but this was our most winnable game of the year. 4 double plays, 0-6 with RISP and 14 LOB. you fucking can’t do this shit man. fuck it, let’s take the series tomorrow boys.
Frustrating game – left a lot of guys stranded. But can’t win ‘em all. See ya tomorrow.

We got on base in 15/38 PA’s for a team OBP of .395. Just couldn’t get a hit when we needed it most
There’s a reason the O’s are second in the AL BEast, but definitely not going to beat them with 5 GIDP, and 10 LOB.
They gotta recollect and come back tomorrow. Still a lot of season left.
Your leadoff hitter hits into 3 DPs, that’s usually a bad sign.
The good thing is their best pitchers aren’t coming out tomorrow.

Just one of those games where it’s clearly not our day and there isn’t much else to add. I mean Yandy looked really uncharacteristically terrible. Pleased to see Raley and Walls keep it up offensively.
Wanted to hit into DPs with less than 2 outs but strand RISPs with 2 outs. Got to do much better tomorrow because today was one to forget.

I was finally able to start watching in the 9th with 2 on and no outs. The second I turn it on, double play. And then you know the rest.
I’ll learn from my mistakes.
An absurd amount of GIDP. It be like that sometimes. The bullpen needs a break

Pls don’t doom. We hit the ball well, took good walks, and even knocked two (2) dongers. Sometimes the hits just don’t line up. We’ll get em tomorrow.
I’m not saying he caused this loss because I don’t think he did, but that umpire was probably one of the worst they’ve seen all year.
Local stingray in terrible mood. The water isn’t nice and warm, and his flappy parts don’t feel very flappy indeed.
honestly not super furious about this one or anything, felt like we lost to ourselves more than anything. happy to see walls continue to provide offensively, if he can continue to do this i think there’s going to be a lot of eyes on him in the near future. also jesus what is the record for GIDP in one game because that was miserable, felt like every rally was instantly squashed by a DP ball, at some point that just feels like extremely shitty luck more than anything.
I will say, I’m happy we lost by 2 and not 1, because we definitely would have gotten another run had the ump not kept that flubbed pickoff throw in the infield. The frustration in that scenario would be worse.
They got our number today, that’s all ok. Just a another game. Perhaps they will say we’re not cheating now. I like the Os. If we take a loss to them, all good.
Wish more sports fans were like O’s fans.. Kinda bounced in and out of their chat here and there.. They seem like good people, no salty Rays haters.
Tuff. That 3rd inning killed us, but it happens.
Blue Jays and Red Sox are losing, so that’s nice.
Oof just some bad luck from the hard hit balls in play. Just found gloves instead of gaps. Not worried
