Hey the bullpen was rested!
Ohtani had a quality start against a WS champs (with a brand new catcher) but Framber pitched better. Simple as that.
The bullpen got rested the last 2 days. Good stuff.

Well you needed a great pitching performance because the expectation was you’d only get 1 maybe 2 off Valdez tonight and you didn’t get it. Oh well. Move on to tomorrow. Win the series
Tough one. Valdez threw a gem. Hitters could have done better sure, but have to give plenty of credit to Framber (as much as I hate to because of the team he plays for).
I said I’d be content (Not happy. Content.) if we go .500 in this homestretch against the teams from Texas, so let’s win tomorrow!
The last at bat of the game perfectly encapsulates our season, hit hard but opponent made a great play
Feels like lots of pressure on tomorrows game. We need a series win against against a top team. We haven’t looked great against above average teams
