  1. If this is how Correa’s gonna be during his contract with us, get ready for Carlos Correa day.

  2. Perhaps the physicals weren’t about his ankles but about a very specific type of fastball-related blindness

  3. I was at the game today, and was there for the boos. I honestly cannot remember the last time the crowd booed an individual twins player at a home game. Maybe it happened for Colome or Pagan but I honestly couldn’t say. Maybe Matt Capps back in the day. Certainly can’t remember it happening to a position player.

And right now it’s deserved. Correa is making way too much and is starting off way too cold. He started bad last year too, but had turned it around by this point.

Maybe he’s hurt or something, because there’s no way a competent major league hitter should be this behind on fastballs that really aren’t overpowering at all.

  4. I’d hit the eject button by now but what else can they do? They’re stuck with him

  5. Get him out of the 2 spot! Put him back further so it doesn’t effect our scoring and takes some pressure of at bats so he can find his groove.

  6. Good thing we’re not obligated to him long term🥴 I said from before we signed him that he’s a pretty boy. He cares more about how he looks than anything. There’s smooth and then there’s gritty. I’ll take the latter 10 times out of 10.

  7. I hope he turns it around. But I doubt he will. Why? Because he was never that good. Average numbers for an average career. And this year he is below average. This sub went crazy for him. I do not get it. He isn’t all that good, never was. Just Ok.
