We really don’t want or need Poole. I doubt Golden State would give up Kuminga and 3 unprotected firsts for Myles. Not sure this really helps either team with what they are trying to achieve.
Warriors would be incredibly unlikely to do this
Poole is a poor fit with Hali, plus he is very overpriced on that contract. There is no reason that I would want to give Turner’s on a VERY team-friendly contract for Poole who isn’t. Kuminga is an interesting option, but I don’t think it is worth Poole’s contract.
My thoughts are I don’t like it bc I don’t think it leads to winning playoff basketball.
I don’t mind the idea of trying to get Kuminga from the Warriors, seeing that Moody has started to take minutes away from him. However, I want absolutely nothing to do with Jordan Poole’s contract and how it would add to the already annoying logjam at the guard position.
Makes me feel less bad for making a hypothetical trade for PG because they deal at least makes sense. This trade literally makes 0 sense
